This Privacy Policy explains how Comply Technologies (“Comply”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you use our website and services. We act as a Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and as a controller under the GDPR where applicable.

1. Data we collect

  • Information you provide — name, work email, company and any message when you request a demo, sign up, or contact us.
  • Usage data — pages visited and basic device/browser information, collected to improve the site.
  • Account data — if you use the Comply product, the data described in your customer agreement.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries, schedule demos, and provide and improve our services.
  • To send service and (with consent) marketing communications — you can opt out anytime.
  • To meet legal, security and compliance obligations.

3. Lawful basis & consent

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, or legal obligations, as applicable. Under the DPDP Act, we provide notice and obtain consent where required, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to grievance redressal. To exercise any right, email privacy@comply.in. We respond within the timelines required by the DPDP Act and GDPR.

5. Sharing & processors

We share personal data only with service providers (Data Processors) under contract, and never sell it. Where data is transferred across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention & security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law, and we protect it with encryption, access controls and continuous monitoring.
