Trust Center

A public page where a company shares its security posture, certifications, and compliance documents.

A Trust Center is a public-facing page where an organisation publishes its security and compliance posture so that prospects, customers, and partners can self-serve the assurance they need. It typically presents certifications and reports (such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001), an overview of security and privacy practices, sub-processor lists, and a way to request gated documents under NDA.

The purpose of a Trust Center is to shorten the trust-building part of the sales cycle. Instead of every buyer’s security team sending a bespoke questionnaire, much of the information they want is available up front, which reduces back-and-forth and accelerates vendor reviews on both sides.

A good Trust Center stays accurate and current. Stale certificates or out-of-date documents erode the very trust the page is meant to build, so the underlying evidence needs to be kept live.

Comply automates this — see the trust center page.
